Where are you located?
    Designer Handbag Hire is an online-only company and we do not have a shopfront. The company headquarters is in Melbourne, Australia.

How can I tell if a bag is available for my date?
    When attempting to book an item, you will be asked to select a delivery date. Clicking this will open up the availability calendar for that item and this display live availability.

I am interested in hiring for a longer period. Would that be possible?
    Please contact us via email to ascertain if we can accomodate the request. We will always do our best.

Should I select Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday?
    Either is fine. Your bag will still be delivered on Friday and your return date will still be on Monday as Australia Post does not operate on weekends.

Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
    Yes. Given these are high value items, we ask that you are home to accept delivery as you will be liable if it goes missing. The delivery drivers will always take a photo of the item being delivered if no one is home to accept parcel.

How do I return the bag to you if I did not receive or misplaced the prepaid satchel?
    If you have not received the prepaid satchel/box you must advise us within four hours of receiving the parcel. If you fail to do so it will be assumed that you have misplaced it and you will be responsible or purchasing a new express satchel/box to ship it back to us. You must ship it back Express Post in order to not affect any future booking and you must provide the tracking information on the same day of sending.

What happens if I don’t return on the scheduled date?
    Late fees are calculated at $50 per day.

Are your bags authentic?
    All of the bags are authentic and we can provide photos of authenticity cards/ receipts if you have any doubts. Bags are on high rotation but always kept in immaculate condition. If you are not happy with the condition of your bag upon receipt you have the option to return right away and receive a full refund. You have four hours from receipt to notify us of this.
